Ausschreibung Band NaWi-Ball

Für den Naturwissenschaftsball der Uni Heidelberg am 26. und 27. April 2024 suchen wir, die
Fachschaften Biochemie/Chemie, Biowissenschaften, MathPhysInfo, Molekulare Biotechnologie und Pharmazie

eine Band für unsere Party.
» Der Zeitraum wäre dann von 19:00 Uhr bis circa 00:00 Uhr.
» Für die Vergütung soll ein Angebot eingereicht werden.
» Ihr solltet ein Sortiment an allen klassischen Tanzrichtungen haben, das für die 5h ausreicht.
» Das Equipment solltet ihr auch selbst hin- und zurücktransportieren können

For the dance ball of the natural sciences of the university Heidelberg on April, the 26th and 27th 2024
we are searching for a band for our ball.

» The timeslot would be from 7 pm to 12 am
» Please submit an offer for your services
» You should be able to play a sortiment of all classical dance styles, e.g. Rumba, Cha Cha, Waltz …
which is sufficient for the 5h
» The equipment should be provided and brought to the event by yourself
