die mit Spannung erwartete Mail ist da! In dieser Nachricht – die wir im Folgenden für euch dokumentiert haben – erfahrt ihr, wie ihr an den Zugangscode plus PIN gelangt und euren Antrag stellen könnt:

Sehr geehrte Studierende, sehr geehrter Studierender,

die Beantragung der Energiepreispauschale in Höhe von 200 EUR (Einmalzahlung) ist für Studierende der Universität Heidelberg ab sofort möglich. Voraussetzung ist, dass Sie am 1. Dezember 2022 an der Universität Heidelberg eingeschrieben waren und Ihren Wohnsitz zum genannten Stichtag in Deutschland hatten.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie nur dann antragsberechtigt sind, wenn Sie zum 1. Dezember 2022 ihren Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in Deutschland hatten. Allein durch den regelmäßigen Besuch einer Ausbildungsstätte in Deutschland wird kein gewöhnlicher Aufenthalt im Inland begründet, sofern Sie Ihren Wohnsitz im Ausland haben (Grenzgänger). Ein auf maximal zwei Semester begrenzter Studienaufenthalt im Ausland und ein damit einhergehender ausländischer Wohnsitz ist unschädlich, sofern Sie parallel noch bei Ihrer Ausbildungsstätte im Inland immatrikuliert sind.

Für die Beantragung der Einmalzahlung benötigen Sie Ihren persönlichen Zugangscode und zusätzlich Ihre persönliche Identifikationsnummer (PIN).

Rufen Sie bitte die folgende Website* auf: https://eppsg.uni-heidelberg.de

Melden Sie sich mit Ihrer Uni-ID und Ihrem Passwort an. Auf dem nächsten Bildschirm werden Ihnen Ihr persönlicher Zugangscode und Ihre PIN angezeigt.

*Bitte beachten Sie: Zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit ist der Zugriff auf diese Website auf das Universitätsnetz beschränkt. Wenn Sie außerhalb des Universitätsnetzes Zugriff erhalten möchten, benötigen Sie eine aktive VPN-Verbindung (siehe auch https://www.urz.uni-heidelberg.de/de/service-katalog/netzwerk/vpn-virtual-private-network).

Wenn Sie sich unter https://eppsg.uni-heidelberg.de nicht anmelden können, aber glauben antragsberechtigt zu sein, wenden Sie sich bitte per E-Mail an studium@uni-heidelberg.de (Betreffzeile: EPPSG Einmalzahlung).

Mit dem Zugangscode können Sie auf antrag.einmalzahlung200.de einen Antrag auf Auszahlung der Einmalzahlung stellen.

Für die Antragstellung benötigen Sie neben dem Zugangscode auch ein BundID-Konto und zur persönlichen Identifizierung bei Antragstellung

– die Online-Ausweisfunktion (Personalausweis, elektronischer Aufenthaltstitel, europäische eID) oder

– Ihr ELSTER-Zertifikat oder

– Ihre persönliche Identifikationsnummer (PIN)

Umfassende Informationen zur Antragstellung finden Sie auf www.einmalzahlung200.de. Unter https://id.bund.de/de/ erhalten Sie weitere Informationen zur Einrichtung eines BundID-Kontos und zur Aktivierung der Online-Ausweisfunktion. Zusätzlich haben Sie Ihre persönliche Identifikationsnummer erhalten (PIN).

In diesem Fall legen Sie sich bitte auf https://id.bund.de/de ein BundID-Konto mit Benutzername und Passwort sowie einer gültigen E-Mailadresse an. Sie können dann mit dem Zugangscode, der PIN und dem BundID-Konto Ihren Antrag stellen (in diesem Fall benötigen Sie keine elektronische ID).

Dear student,

The Students’ Energy Price Allowance Act came into force. According to this law, students are entitled to a one-off payment of 200 euros to relieve the effects of the increase in energy costs. The prerequisite is that on 1 December 2022 you were enrolled at Heidelberg University and had your residence or habitual abode in Germany on the specified date.

Please note that you are only eligible to apply if you were a resident or had your habitual abode in Germany on 1 December 2022. Regular attendance of an educational institution in Germany alone does not establish habitual abode in Germany, when you have a residence abroad (cross-border commuter). A study stay abroad limited to a maximum of two semesters and an associated foreign residence is not detrimental, provided that you are still enrolled at your educational institution in Germany at the same time.

For application for the one-off payment you will need your personal access code and in addition your personal identification number (PIN).

Go to the following website*: https://eppsg.uni-heidelberg.de and log in with your Uni ID and password. On the next screen, you will see your personal access code and PIN.

*Please note: To increase security, access is restricted to the university network. Outside the university network, an active VPN connection is therefore required (see also https://www.urz.uni-heidelberg.de/en/service-catalogue/network/vpn-virtual-private-network).

If you cannot log in to this portal but believe you are entitled to this payment, please contact via email studium@uni-heidelberg.de (subject line: EPPSG one-off payment).

You can use your access code to submit an application for the one-off payment at https://www.einmalzahlung200.de/eppsg-en

In addition to the access code, you will also need a BundID account and one of the following for identification when submitting your application

– online ID feature (of a German ID card, electronic residence permit, European eID) or

– your ELSTER certificate or

– your personal identification number (PIN)

you will also find information on setting up a BundID account and activating the online ID function. In addition, you have received your personal identification number (PIN).

To identify by PIN, please create a BundID account at https://id.bund.de/en/registration/Benutzername with a user name, password, and a valid e-mail address. You can then use the access code, PIN, and BundID account to submit your application without an electronic ID.
