The department’s general goal is to improve contacts with the city of Heidelberg in all matters of transport and to represent student interests in said area at the municipal level.
Current topics are i.a. negotiations on the general conditions for the semester ticket. In addition, the transport department has negotiated the current cooperation with nextbike. Other areas of activity are, for example, car-sharing and cycleways in Heidelberg. Interested parties are welcome to join at any time.
