Simple, uncomplicated and there for you – that’s our Sozialreferat! With us, you will find support for all social issues that concern you during your studies. We offer comprehensive social counseling, help with financial challenges, support you with BAföG and much more – because your well-being is important to us!

Are you wondering whether there are any scholarships that could help you financially? Let’s find out together which scholarships are suitable for you.
Are you in a financial emergency? The student body’s hardship payment can help you without being dependent on your performance. Talk to us and we’ll find a solution together.
About to graduate and financing is running out? We offer you an overview of financing options so that you can successfully complete your studies.
Many students are concerned with questions about working hours and rights. Together, we will navigate you through the legal jungle so that you know your rights as an employee.
As a student with a child/children, you have special challenges to overcome. We will inform you about the social benefits you are entitled to and show you how you can overcome financial hurdles.
Nevertheless, we are also available for other topics. Not sure who you can turn to? No problem, we’ll give you tips and show you the right places to go.

In the summer semester 2024, open consultation hours will take place every Thursday (from 02.05.2024) from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Stu-Ra office at Sandgasse 7.
