Plenary Assembly of the Anti-Antisemitism, Anti-Racism and Arbeitendenkind-Offices – May 27, 8:30 pm

The Autonomous Offices (Autonome Referate)* “Anti-Antisemitism”, “Anti-Racism” and “Arbeitendenkind” (Working (Parents’) Children) are currently vacant. We would therefore like to invite all affected students of Heidelberg University to this year’s plenary meetings of said offices on May 27 at 8:30 pm:

The Anti-Antisemitism assembly will take place at:

• StuRa-Office Standgasse 7, 69117 Heidelberg, Room 019

The Anti-Racism and “Arbeitendenkind” assemblies will take place at:

• StuRa-Office Albert-Ueberle-Strasse 3-5, 69120 Heidelberg, Rooms 061 and 060

Agenda:
1. Joint opening of all assemblies & introduction
Here, members of the Election Commission and already existing Autonomous Offices give tips and provide general information that might be useful.
2. Division into two assemblies, one for each Office.
These are moderated by members of existing Offices.
This is where interested parties can talk about what the work of each Office could look like and who might like to get involved and how…

*) Autonomous Offices are assemblies of students affected by a particular kind of discrimination that stand up for the interests of said students at uni!
